Health Coaching

A health coach is a wellness authority that helps a client to feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Just as each person is unique- so are their needs for a healthy lifestyle. During health coaching sessions with me, a client is guided towards making choices and lifestyle changes that support their individual wellness goals.

My philosophy to a healthy lifestyle is that it has to be enjoyable and realistic for lasting change. Counting calories and eating the same boring foods over and over not only takes the spice out of life, but it doesn’t provide the “rules” for those important moments in life- birthdays, celebrations and holidays. After all, being with those you love should be the focus- not what you “should” be eating!

I offer two programs for individualized one-on-one sessions:

6 Month Program

What you get:

  • Two 1-hour sessions per month (12 total sessions)
  • Customizable Options: Cooking session, Pantry Makeovers, Health Food Store Tour
  • Email/ Phone support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals

3 Month Program

What you get:

  • Two 1-hour sessions per month (6 total sessions)
  • Customizable Options: Cooking session, Pantry Makeovers, Health Food Store Tour
  • Email/ Phone support between sessions
  • Simple healthy recipes
  • Handouts specific to your needs and goals
  • Optional for each program: Private yoga instruction for weight loss, relaxation and/ or strength and flexibility.
